Account Recovery

If you are having trouble accessing your ProVocis account, follow the steps below to recover it.

1 Resetting Your Password

If you forgot your password:

  1. Go to the Login Screen and tap "Forgot Password?"
  2. Enter your registered email and follow the instructions in the reset email.
  3. Create a new password and log back in.

If you don't receive the reset email, check your spam folder or try again after a few minutes.

2 Recovering a Deleted Account

Important:

If your account was permanently deleted, all associated data has been removed from our database and cannot be recovered.

If your account was recently deleted and you need assistance, you can try contacting ProVocis Support at support@provocis.com, but we cannot guarantee account restoration. Once an account is fully removed from our system, recovery is no longer possible.

3 Other Issues Logging In?

If you are locked out or facing login issues:

  • Ensure you're using the correct email linked to your account.
  • Check for app updates in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • Try restarting your device or reinstalling the app.
  • If none of these work, contact support@provocis.com for further assistance.

Device Issues

Sometimes, login issues can be resolved by clearing the app cache or updating your device's operating system.

Security Measures

For your protection, multiple failed login attempts may temporarily lock your account. Wait 30 minutes before trying again.
