At ProVocis, we value your privacy and provide full control over how you receive communications from us. You can manage your email preferences, push notifications, and marketing messages directly within the app.

1 Types of Communications

  • Essential Emails:

Important updates about your account, security alerts, and subscription changes. (These cannot be disabled.)

  • Marketing & Promotional Emails:

Get the latest news, offers, and feature updates from ProVocis. (You can opt out anytime.)

  • Push Notifications:

Receive reminders about the Word of the Day, learning streaks, and app updates.

2 Managing Your Preferences

You can update your contact preferences at any time:

In the ProVocis App:

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications & Email Preferences.
  2. Toggle on/off the notifications or emails you wish to receive.

Via Email:

  1. Click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email to stop receiving promotional messages.

3 Opting Out of Marketing Emails

If you no longer wish to receive promotional emails, you can:

  • Unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
  • Adjust preferences in the ProVocis app settings.
  • Contact support@provocis.com if you need further assistance.

Note: You will still receive transactional emails related to account security, subscriptions, and important service updates, even if you opt out of marketing emails.

4 Push Notification Settings

You can enable or disable ProVocis push notifications via:

App Settings

Adjust in the ProVocis notification preferences.

Device Settings

Go to your phone's notification settings and manage ProVocis permissions.

Stay in Control!

We respect your communication preferences and make it easy to manage how you hear from us.
