Manage your ProVocis account with ease. Below are the available settings and how you can update them.

1 Updating Your Profile

Want to change your name, profile picture, or industry? Follow these steps:

  • Open the ProVocis app.
  • Tap on your profile icon in the top right.
  • Select "Edit Profile."
  • Update your details and tap "Save."

Keeping your profile up-to-date helps us provide more relevant word recommendations and content.

2 Changing Your Language or Industry

To get better word recommendations, you can modify your preferred language or industry:

  • Go to Settings → Language & Industry.
  • Select your preferred language and/or industry.
  • Save the changes to update your experience.

3 Resetting Your Password

Forgot your password? No worries!

  • On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password?"
  • Enter your registered email and tap "Send Reset Link."
  • Check your email and follow the instructions to reset your password.

Security Tip: Choose a strong password that includes uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Avoid using the same password across multiple services.

4 Managing Notifications

Control when and how you receive notifications:

  • Go to Settings → Notifications.
  • Toggle on/off notifications for:

Get notified when your daily word is ready

Quiz & Challenge Reminders

Stay on track with your learning goals

Community Updates

Learn about new features and community events

Changes are saved automatically.

5 Deleting Your Account

If you wish to delete your account permanently:

  • Navigate to Settings → Account Management.
  • Tap "Delete Account."
  • Confirm your choice.

Warning: This action is irreversible. All your data, including learning progress and saved words, will be permanently deleted.
