Troubleshooting Common Issues

ProVocis is currently in Beta Testing and has not yet been fully deployed. If you encounter any bugs, crashes, or unexpected errors, please report them to our team by emailing [Beta Support Email].

1 App Not Opening or Crashing

  • Ensure your device software is up to date.
  • Try restarting your device and reopening the app.
  • Clear the app cache:

iOS:

Offload the app via Settings > General > iPhone Storage > ProVocis.

Android:

Clear cache via Settings > Apps > ProVocis > Storage & Cache > Clear Cache.

If issues persist, reinstall the app and report the problem to our support team.

2 Login Issues

  • Check if you are using the correct email and password.
  • If using Google or Apple Sign-In, ensure your device is properly connected to your account.
  • Reset your password if needed through the Forgot Password option.

3 Features Not Working as Expected

Since ProVocis is in Beta, some features may still be under development or testing. If something isn't working properly, please send us a detailed report, including:

  • Your device model and OS version.
  • A screenshot or screen recording of the issue.
  • A brief description of what happened before the issue occurred.
