Device Compatibility

ProVocis is designed to work across a wide range of devices, ensuring a smooth experience for all users. However, performance may vary based on your device specifications and operating system.

1 Supported Devices & Platforms

ProVocis is available on:

  • iOS Devices – iPhone & iPad running iOS 14.0 or later
  • Android Devices – Phones & tablets running Android 8.0 or later

💻 Web Version Coming Soon – ProVocis is currently a mobile-only experience, but we are working on a web version for future updates.

2 Minimum Device Requirements

To ensure the best performance, we recommend:

  • 📌 At least 2GB of RAM
  • 📌 Stable internet connection (for syncing and real-time features)
  • 📌 Up-to-date OS version (older versions may not be fully supported)
  • 📌 Enough storage space for app updates and offline content

iOS Requirements

  • iPhone 6S or newer
  • iOS 14.0 or later
  • 100MB free storage

Android Requirements

  • Android 8.0 (Oreo) or later
  • 2GB RAM minimum
  • 120MB free storage

3 Performance on Older Devices

Older devices may experience slower loading times or reduced responsiveness. To improve performance:

  • 🔹 Keep your device updated with the latest OS version
  • 🔹 Close background apps while using ProVocis
  • 🔹 Clear cache (Android users) if the app runs slowly

Note: Some advanced features like AI-powered recommendations may be limited on devices with less than 3GB of RAM.

4 Troubleshooting Compatibility Issues

If you're unable to install or run ProVocis:

  • Check if your device meets the requirements
  • Ensure your App Store or Google Play account is set to a supported region
  • Restart your device and try reinstalling the app
  • If you still experience issues, contact support@provocis.com for assistance.

Common Compatibility Issues

App crashes on startup

Usually caused by insufficient memory or outdated OS. Try restarting your device and closing other apps.

App not available in store

Your device may not meet minimum requirements or your region may not be supported yet.

Slow performance

Try clearing the app cache or reinstalling the app. Ensure your device has sufficient free storage.
