ProVocis keeps you informed through in-app notifications and email updates to enhance your learning experience. Below, you'll find details on how notifications work, what type of content we send, and how you can manage your preferences.
1 Types of Notifications
We send notifications to keep you engaged and informed about:
- ✅ Daily Word Alerts: Get notified about your industry-specific word of the day.
- ✅ Learning Reminders: Stay consistent with vocabulary practice and quizzes.
- ✅ Community Updates: Get notified when someone interacts with your forum posts.
- ✅ Subscription & Account Notices: Receive important updates about your account status.
- ✅ App Updates & Features: Be the first to know about new features, improvements, and changes.

2 Managing In-App Notifications
You can control which in-app notifications you receive by:
- Going to Settings → Notifications.
- Enabling or disabling specific notifications.
- Adjusting the frequency of reminders.

The Notifications settings screen allows you to customize your experience with simple toggles for each notification type.
3 Email Marketing & Promotional Messages
As part of our ProVocis Community, you may receive emails about:
- 📌 Exclusive content & tips to improve your communication skills.
- 📌 Special offers & promotions for ProVocis Premium.
- 📌 Community news & app updates to keep you informed.
How to Opt-Out:
- If you no longer wish to receive marketing emails, click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email.
- You can also disable promotional emails in Settings → Notifications → Email Preferences.
Even if you opt out of marketing emails, you'll still receive important account-related emails (e.g., subscription updates, password resets).
4 Push Notifications & Device Settings
If you are not receiving notifications, check:
App Notification Settings
Ensure ProVocis has permission to send notifications.
Device Settings
Some phones block app notifications by default. Enable them in your device's settings.
5 Data Privacy & Compliance
- Your email and notification preferences are stored securely and never shared with third parties for advertising.
- We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection laws, allowing you full control over your preferences.
